Обязанности | Properly go through the contents of the job package to understand the precise client requirements.
Prepare Material take off from the Mechanical/Civil/Piping drawings received with bids and job packages.
Break up and list the work activities involved in each job package.
Calculate man-hours and equipment-hours for each activity.
Prepare Cost summary Sheet covering Direct & Indirect manpower, Messing & Accommodation, Transportation, Site facilities, Plant & Equipment’s, Subcontractors, Overheads, etc.
Prepare proposals in compliance with the Client"s requirements specifications, technical proposal, delivery schedule and commercial/contractual requirements.
Preparing detailed cost estimates for projects, estimate duration and resources required for various activities.
Review proposal with proposal coordinator to decide proposal strategy, penalties, scope of work and respond to customer for each proposal.
Sharing necessary information to the Planning Department to prepare Work Schedules.
Handover Budget Estimates to Operation Department and attend all clarifications, as and when required.

PROCUREMENT & COST CONTROL DEPARTMENT:
Prepare Commercial BID Tabulation, formulation of Commercial terms and Conditions.
Submit the Comparison Table to Procurement Manager for Supplier Finalization.
Vendors are sorted based on review report from Technical Department.
Review manpower cost report, preparation of weekly progress report.
Review, prepare and submit invoice through ARIBA system.
Checking invoices by Approved Contracts.
CONTRACTS & SUB-CONTRACTOR DEPARTMENT:
Study the requirement from Construction Team.
Send email enquiry, follow up with Subcontractors and collect quotations.
Review the quotations - primarily based on site requirement and then commercially.
Finalizing the Subcontractor with Approval from Contracts Manager
Preparation of Service Agreement/ Amendment and submit to Finalized Subcontractor to comments/ signature. |
