Обязанности

Maintains the travel personnel database and archives all the data; supports and administers travel arrangements related to movements in Kazakhstan and abroad;
Contacts with all levels within the organisation - usually with expatriates on issues related to travel
Contacts with Travel agencies airport air lines for optimization of the flying and transportation program of the passenger.
Preparing various tickets reports on a monthly basis with all the required documentation i.e.
Copy of the ticket Actual Invoice of costs from the supplier
Travel reservation form with the approval of the line manager of the traveler. HR (where applicable)
Liaises with NCPOC contracted Hotels on provision of accommodation in accordance with SAPs received.
Liaises with Aviation /POB administrators for providing meet&greet assistance at the airport to incoming/outgoing personnel when and if required.
Checking of the invoices
May provide occasional support during Visits arrangements
Preparing transportation passenger manifests on a daily basis obtaining all the required information from SAP travel forms received.
Checking all the incoming travel requests for optimization of routing and processes
Liaises with NCPOC contracted Hotels on provision of conference room booking (coffee breaks, lunch and dinners
