Construction Pipeline Supervisor Project: Future Growth Project /Wellhead Pressure Management Project “Gathering System and Pipelines construction”
Communicate the construction requirements to all contractors’ and ensuring compliance and conformance with the safety plan, quality plan and schedule requirements.
Ensure that each team member GS is aware of TCO/KPJV Quality standards & Design specs. and lead them to show the best work ethics and practices on site.
Ensure that all Business partners and their subcontractors are provided with a project schedule that they must work on to achieve the key milestones.
Work closely with “RLG International” team members and Productivity department engineers to coach the BPs and subcontractor teams to implement the proper work scope planning and its optimization to increase the productivity rate and meet the target dates.
Installation of various types of Crossings (open cut & trenchless) for existing fuel gas pipelines and HPLH line open cut shutdown, multiphase pipelines and brown areas on the field, including all live lines, overhead power lines, fiber optic cables and SOR areas.
Supervising variety Pipeline Crossings installation at “Gathering System” oilfield for transportation fuel gas, multiphase oil from new multi wells to 3GP/3GI plants, according to Engineering Specs from Fluor-KPJV. Construction work includes trench excavation, welding work, trench preparation for the new oil Pipeline lowering, bypass road installation under the existing Crossings construction (trenchless and open cut).
All work executed in compliance with construction Quality Assurance requirements related to Chevron specifications and Republic of Kazakhstan Safety regulations.
Resolve all engineering conflicts and work closely with QA/QC personnel and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the pre-commissioning and commissioning teams.
Record all works completing daily, weekly and monthly construction reports to management. |
