Обязанности

 Ensure full compliance with BJ Services Policies and Procedures in relation to Quality Management. Communicate all Quality issues through to Project and Senior Management through a process of communication.
 Responsible for setting up a Document Control system to facilitate Management of Technical, Commercial and documents related to SNIP regulations held at Jobsite.
 Ensure Archive Management of Completed documentation at site.
 Integrate into Client Offshore Quality team ensuring compliance with project specific requirements in Health, Safety and Environment.
 Assist Project Manager, BJ Quality Manager in routine QA QC meetings with local clients and other contractors BJ Services staff and Management.
 Administrate the control of BJ Services equipment certification, Materials, Stock Control of Consumables, Flanges, Gaskets
 Assist with Translation of Documents from English to Kazakh, Russian as per project requirements.
 Carry out any other reasonable duty as directed by management
 External and internal surface quality control
 Geometrical parameters control of external & internal diameters, wall thickness, bending, perpendicularity of butt-ends to pipe axis, bevel parameters (according to normative documentation), thread parameters (of threaded pipes)
 Control of steel grade
 Implement tasks for improving quality output goods and job, control of company activities for quality compliance
 Take part in development improvement and implementation management quality systems and control for their observance
 Analyze information received from different levels of production, indicating the quality of job
 Take measures for prevent delivery of goods for quality compliance requirements
 Consider and analyze claims and complaints about the quality job, prepare conclusion and to response about results
 Study reasons on job deterioration; take party in development measures to avoid such
 Prepare conclusion about quality conformance with technical standard conditions of received materials set of goods in company
 Study progressive native and foreign experience by drawing up and systems implementation management quality
 Take stock of and close the accounts about activities about management of quality of goods
 Understand the assembly and checking of hydro test packages, their contents and the importance of their requirements at time of turnover
 Ensure completed piping assembles meet applicable codes, standards, project specifications and drawings, established local and industry practices, and contract requirements
 Identify in detail all deficiencies preventing a hydro test on the punch list and verify the completion of those items prior to hydro test
 Identify and verify completion of all required reinstatement items on the punch list prior to mechanical completion
 Schedule activities and manpower to achieve pipe hydro testing and reinstatement goals in an area of a project to completion
