A Highly motivated and experienced transportation dispatcher with six years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment. I am responsible for the timely delivery of transport assets and drivers against key time frames in support of an international client.

Working in a team on a shift pattern of 12 hours managing customer requests by telephone, I am responsible for entering important information in a timely and professional manner into a FastTrack booking system for taxi requests. Responsible for customer calls and enquiries and ensuring the correct vehicle assets and drivers are dispatched on time whilst meeting high customer demands.
I use a range of different office equipment including a secure radio set from my office linked to our 20+ taxis and 22 regular shuttle bus services that operate twice a day. I am responsible for ensuring that all safety requirements are communicated via web blasts to all the active drivers when needed. My tasks include, inputting data into daily, weekly and monthly operational reports that are used to measure business effectiveness and compliance.
I am involved in planning for VIP visits ensuring that the client is picked up from point of entry and work closely monitoring the drivers on all aspects of the visit program through to completion. I can communicate both orally and in written form in three languages, Kazakh, Russian and English enabling effective communication and understanding between myself and a multi cultured client.
