Managing Correspondence to/from Client, downloading into EDMS System. Managing all project documentation including documentation coming from engineering and construction specialists. Update documents files according to new revisions as per project procedure. Make available to team the status of information pertinent to the project in various reports. Maintain management of the documents control distribution function to ensure that all documents and drawings received are properly controlled and maintained with master records |
