Обязанности

Ensure that the highest standards of HSSE are attained throughout all phases of the project.
Ensure delivery of projects in accordance with RoK and Company codes and standards, to time and to budget, and to meet the business needs in terms of capacity, operability, maintainability and reliability
Effectively manage interfaces with all stakeholders including government authorities, NCOC N.V, contractors, suppliers, in house resources, operations and maintenance teams.
Ensure all project specifications fully comply with applicable RoK statutory requirements, Shell DEPs, international codes and standards such as BS and ASME.
Provide construction engineering expertise in to the development of Detailed Designs, Work packs, Execution and Installation plans for plant change projects.
Participate in the development of construction, and installation packages and construction execution plan. Perform constructability reviews.
Assist in developing the project schedule.
Developreview work methods & procedures provide comments on the commissioning packages.
Ensure robust, safe and efficient plans are being developed and can be executed by the contractors to the contractual specifications and quality requirements.
Assist in the development of construction handover and completion certificates and completion certificates and according to the Technical Verification Plans.
Responsible for coordination of one or more projects in the ExecuteConstruct phase, as such maybe required to supervise work on site.

Higher professional education and adequate qualification & construction experience in Oil &Gas industry.
Significant field experience gathered from a wide range of locations, 30 years relevant experience preferably with period spent in a brown field construction environment or Turn Around team.
Experience of driving business improvement in construction, key words being: HSSE driven mindset, fit-for-purpose solutions, and cost effectiveness.
An energetic person with drive and stamina who is solution - oriented, customer - focused and who can deal with a multitude of, at times, challenging interfaces.

Good knowledge of International construction standards, best practices, systems, and an established network to call upon and deploy this knowledge within Kazakhstan.
Aware of & familiar with issues surrounding high pressure and high H2S facilities, and have managed staff in a similarly challenging high-risk environment.
