• Participates on Job Fairs.
• Receive request from TCO departments for posting a vacant positions and posting during the 1 day
• Checking requests as per SSP and actual data.
• Checking a position as per approved Job titles list
• Checking a request with Job Description.
• Pre-screening applicants’ CVs as per position requirements.
• Control and maintenance of ICS process as per TCO HR procedure ICS# 171, 172
• Provide candidates list and their CVs to requester after pre-screening.
• Add new CVs of potential candidates to Database and posting them in the appropriate files
• Conduct phone interview with candidate and invite to interview if requested.
• Finalize selection process during the 2 days.

• Maintain an incident free operation by practical utilization of various corporate programs e.g. BBS, which are in support of our Protecting People and the Environment policy

• Support HR and other departments with required manpower data on an as required basis.
• Responsible for administration of Temporary/Rotational International and Domestic Assignments, of National employees (vacations, contracts extension, etc).
• Participate in development and implementation of TCO policies and procedures, as well as working on various HR projects.
• Keep registration of R&Rs for Expatriate employees, ensure consistency with CV policies.
