- Reviewing actual cost.
- Reviewing Sub Contracts Expenditure.
- Monthly update/reporting for the amount/quantity of delivered and non- delivered Procurement purchases to Project Manager.
- Reviewing Intercompany Expenditure.
- Monthly Cost reporting (forecast to Complete and at Completion) across all projects in the portfolio.
- Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
- Coordinating and working with the Project Management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
- Performing project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Providing cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required
- Monitor Project Control Budgets based on the client approved Project Control Estimate.
- Assisting Project Control Lead / Project Control Manager in identifying and gaining approval of Estimates/Change Requests.
