• Participate in development of the PPHA and ensure additional control measures that are not listed in the Permit to Work and Special Permits are included in the PPHA;
• Prepare the PPHA (if applicable) including description of hazards and control measures associated with scope of works, and attach PPHA to the permit to work;
• Complete section on general information in the permit to work and special permit forms (if applicable);
• Provide the WRP with a map of the work site showing evacuation routes and locations of muster areas, as agreed with FO;
• Thoroughly review conditions of permit to work and special permits, get familiar with the contents of PPHA (if applicable);
• In case of simultaneous operations on his work site or adjacent sites within 10 meters, closely interact with others to ensure safe completion of works, and notify PIC and FOD as needed for further coordination of the work;
• Check work permits for administrative items such as required signatures PPHA is available for the job, and permit validity;
• Notify Facility Owner in case of a potential SIMOPS issues (e.g., work on the same equipment / area where other crews have open permits for);
• Ensure timely registration of permits to avoid delays in work
